Terms of Service // Service Level Agreement (SLA)

By accessing the Corpolicious digital infrastructure (corpolicious.com), adding assets to your Portfolio, or executing an order requisition, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement under these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue platform usage immediately.

By placing a requisition, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Orders on behalf of a corporate entity are represented as duly authorized by that entity's employee.

• Requisition Confirmation: Orders placed via our platform constitute a formal requisition for artisanal pastry production.
• Perishable Asset Policy: All waffles and croffles are baked on-demand. Once an order enters the THERMAL LAMINATION (baking) phase, requisitions cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Operational Window: Corpolicious operates primarily during evening and late-night cycles. Orders placed outside operating hours will be scheduled for the next active dispatch cycle.

• All prices are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflect unit production, premium butter lamination, and packaging costs.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing or asset availability on the digital catalog at any time without prior memorandum.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): The client agrees to settle the exact invoice amount upon physical handover by the courier.
• Direct Raast / Digital Settlement: Funds transferred via Raast or bank rails must reference the designated Order Reference ID. Orders are dispatched once clearance is logged on State Bank rails and verified by our team.

Delivery timelines are estimates subject to traffic conditions, transit variables, and courier availability across Karachi. The client must ensure that delivery coordinates, phone numbers, and reception access instructions are accurate. Corpolicious is not liable for delayed consumption resulting from unreachable recipients.

All wordmarks, logos, product names, site design, and content published on corpolicious.com are the property of Corpolicious and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Corpolicious shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, courier transit delays, or improper post-delivery storage of perishable goods.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
